Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to create the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until well blended.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the sour cream and flour until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then run a knife around the edge to loosen it.
- Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
