  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to create the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until well blended.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the sour cream and flour until the batter is smooth.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  8. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then run a knife around the edge to loosen it.
  9. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
